The Strikers were able to hold off a late Rhema challenge to secure a point in a goalless draw at the Neville D'souza Football turf, Bandra.

MS managed to get a significant point against the forth placed Rhema SF team. Both teams came in with contrasting results in their previous match, Rhema had won two zero at Kenkre FC but struggled to find their rhythm whereas MS had suffered the same score loss to Millat FC.

The Strikers looked to get on the front foot, with striker Sandeep Manoharan firing his early chance over the crossbar. Rhema too had their chance as its striker's header hit the crossbar from within the six yard box. MS breathed a sigh of relief but thereon were able to control possession for the latter of the half.

The second half was an even affair as both teams had their share of the ball. Rhema were looking to exploit the MS defence by their long ball strategy but MS' defence were up to the task. Both teams were unable to capitalise on their chances as the score remained 0-0 at the final whistle.

MS face OFA - ICL Payyade next on 13th May as they look to secure some much needed points.
