MSSCs hunt for their second keeper in the squad ended when 24 year old, Ryan Fernandes signed mid-season. Ryan has been a goalkeeper since he started playing football for St. Pius X High School from 2002 to 2004. He was a part of the school squad and he continued his streak in college as well where he played for St. John the Baptist, Thane from 2005 to 2007. Ryan also holds a B.Sc in Catering and Hotel Administration. One can say he is equally passionate about food as much he is about Football.

Ryan is quick, agile and has terrific reflex actions. He stands tall in the goal and is brilliant in the air. His height and built will make the strikers think twice before choosing their spot behind the net. Ryan has played for clubs like Rhema FC, Colaba No Fears and Istron FC and has now signed up for Mumbai Strikers SC this season. He is pretty much excited to be a part of the team and we welcome him to MSSC.
