In the fourth match of the Palava Premiership Football League, Springfield FC got the better of MS as they edged past by a 1-0 victory. Initially, both teams created numerous chances but failed to convert any of those. The attack and defense transition was quick as both the teams wanted to take the drivers seat. However, nothing came of the first half as the score remained 0-0.

In the second half, there was not change in the intensity of the game as the attacks kept flowing. Springfield FC drew first blood as one of their attackers centred the ball from the left wing and which shockingly landed in the MS net. MS felt the pressure build up and created several chances to take the Springfield defense to task. One of their corners which almost helped them equalised was cleared from the goal line. MS defender Rakesh P was left fuming after one of his shots hit the crossbar and ended up in a goal kick. The score read 1-0 at the end of regulation time as MS failed to record a name in the scoresheet.
