MSSC went on to win a friendly match against the hosts Fr. Agnels on their home ground in Vashi. The match was held on the 7th of February at the Fr. Agnels Astro Turf Ground. The score was pretty emphatic as MSSC dominated proceedings in their 3-1 win.

The first goal was scored by Akshay S who wonderfully placed the ball from within the six yard box after some beautiful dribbling by Akshay D. Akshay D then found the net with a beautiful left foot curler near the far post from inside the penalty area to make it two for MSSC. Ravish D scored a screamer from outside the penalty area to score the third for MSSC. However, Fr Agnels managed to pull one back when a feeble pass back to the MS goalkeeper by defender Karan P was intercepted by one of the Fr. Agnels strikers leaving the keeper exposed to a one-on-one situation. The Agnels striker comfortably scored to make it 3-1.

MSSC attacked well this time around to clinch a win as they had drawn and lost two previous encounters with the hosts.
