MSSC coach Firmin D’souza is some what of an open-minded coach and does not mind trying new things even under pressure. This is very clear as he never thought twice before changing his entire midfield this season. Managers normally tend to keep the new players in the squad on the bench before they get accustomed to the team and their playing style.

Firmin D’souza has given a chance to all the newcomers this season in the 3 games that have been played this season and amazingly all have made their mark in the games with assists and even goals. Amit S, Sunil P and Rameez W have been great in the midfield sharing attacking and defensive jobs while Sagar S, Vernon S and Aditya S have scored a goal each so far. With the next game to be played on December 17, everyone is on their toes to make it to the playing eleven and keep up the winning streak.
