In another development at the club, MS have brought on board former head coach of the senior men’s football team, Sandeep Singh as the technical director for the upcoming season. This is a remarkable step from the clubs perspective as Sandeep becomes the first official to take up the position at the club. 

After much discussion and keeping its future in mind, MS felt that the club needed someone to assume the position where the club philosophy was to be developed, nurtured and unrolled in the clubs structure. Sandeep brings along much experience in football and also business acumen that is the perfect mixture to bring about a change in the clubs outlook. 

Sandeep started his journey in football way back in June 2013 by coaching kids of the Soccer Schools of Excellence. He built up by coaching senior teams in the MDFA such as Oscar Foundation in Division 2 & Union Bank of India in the Elite Division. In June 2017, he began his stint as Head Coach for Mumbai Strikers SC. His contribution to MS’s gradual progress in the Elite Division was vital and his energetic personality enthralled the management and players alike. In October 2019, he signed up as the Head Coach of the Maharashtra State Police Football Team in the Elite Division. After the season was called off due to the ongoing pandemic, MS took the opportunity to  Sandeep is an AFC ‘C’ License coach and is currently pursuing his AFC ‘B’ License. Along with football, he has immense experience as a Director of Jupiter Administrative & Security Services based in Delhi. His passion for football has brought him the success he has gathered and certainly he has a long way to go.
