Following the Seniors, the Juniors U17 Girls Team Mumbai Suburban was crowned Champions at the U17 State Championship that was held in Nandurbar on the 18th and 19th of May 2022.

The team played the hosts Nandurbar and Nanded in their league matches and emerged pool toppers. Mumbai Suburban then went on to play against Solapur in their quarter-finals. They met Satara in Semi-finals and won their title against Kolhapur in the Finals. One conversion was scored in the finals by Mumbai Suburban. Kolhapur earned their first try leading the match by 0-5. Later, Mumbai Suburban caught up and scored thrice (By Kyra Vincent and Lavanya Adusumalli) leading 17-5. The team left for Mumbai the next day with the Trophy.

Mumbai Strikers players Shreya Hegde, Sanchal, Kyra Vincent, Lavanya Adusumalli, Rinnie D'souza & Sarah D'souza were listed for the national camp.
