Mumbai Strikers SC continued their winning streak even in friendly matches as they recorded a comfortable 3-0 victory over Fr Agnel’s yet again. The match was played at the exuberant Fr Agnel’s Turf Ground, Vashi on 29th December 2015. MS beat Fr Agnel’s now for the second time, the first victory being in the Mumbai Football League match.

Abhijit S opened the scoring with MS midfielder Arsalan H assisting the finish while the second goal was executed well by Melron M of a chance created by Aditya S. The first half ended with a 2-0 scoreline. With a few changes in the squad for the second half, the attacking front piled up the pressure on the home team. Fr Agnel’s succumbed to yet another goal scored by Ravish D of a Saurabh S assist, making the final score 3-0.

MS have been preparing well to face West Zone United on the 3rd of January 2016. Coach Firmin has provided the squad with maximum exposure to the game and has not left a stone unturned in preparing the players for immense pressure in the MFL.
