Deepak K and Shyam J, residents of Durgawadi where the Ball Project is conducted, have taken a huge initiative by themselves. It came as a surprise that the two Rugby lovers have started attending coaching classes to learn the English language. What was more surprising or shocking some would say is that they pay for the tuition fees themselves. Deepak and Shyam took up these classes so that they can deliver their knowledge in Rugby to one and all.

They have never been to school and have always worked to earn their money by collecting and segregating garbage. The Ball Project enabled them to dream that they can empower themselves and do much more than that. The fact that they have taken up this task of learning the global language shows how the Ball Project has brought about a change in the lives of the children attending the sessions.
